Meet Our Doctors at Lockport Express Medical
Dr. Nagui Hanna (MD – Founder)
Driven by a lifelong passion to serve, Dr. Hanna began his career providing care in underserved communities near Cairo, Egypt. After completing his Pediatrics training at the University of Chicago, he launched a USAID-funded children’s health initiative and operated an acute care center in Egypt for two years.
With decades of experience in pediatrics and emergency medicine in the Chicago area, Dr. Hanna founded Lockport Express Medical to bring high-quality, compassionate care to families, seniors, and athletes in his local community. His values are rooted in service, integrity, and faith, principles he passes on to his three daughters and his ongoing participation in global medical missions.
Dr. Matthew Glowacki, DO
Board-certified in both Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine, Dr. Glowacki brings broad experience and deep commitment to patient-centered care. A lifelong Illinois resident, he completed his training on Chicago’s South Side and now serves the community with a focus on fast, accurate treatment via Lockport Express Medical.
Outside of medicine, he enjoys cheering on his daughters, Dalainey and Moira, as they compete in the USA Gymnastics Championships.

Charinne Thommen, PA-C
A proud graduate of Butler University’s Physician Assistant Program, Charinne brings over two decades of experience in family medicine and urgent care. Since joining Lockport Express Medical in 2016, she has been known for her ability to listen, build trust, and form lasting connections with patients and their families.
Raised in the South Suburbs, Charinne now resides in the southwest suburbs with her high school sweetheart and their son. In her spare time, she enjoys baking, hiking, football, and mystery novels.Outside of medicine, he enjoys cheering on his daughters, Dalainey and Moira, as they compete in the USA Gymnastics Championships.
